STREETDREAMS STREETBIKES RETURN POLICY

- Unless there is an error on the part STREETDREAMS buyers are responsible for all shipping costs (including original shipping costs). There are no refunds on shipping charges. On items that were shipped free, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs & restocking fee.

- Customers must first contact returns@stdreams.com via Email to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

- Email must include all product and customer information including a reason for return and product condition.

- A copy of our Email with the Return Authorization Number must also be included with all information inside package.

- The Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the exterior of box or returns will be refused and sent back.

- Product must be in Original Condition/Uninstalled with ALL packaging and information included, free from dents, scratches and writing.

- All returns must be received 15 days after a Return Authorization Number is issued and 30 days after the products original delivery date.

- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as store credit (without expiration) unless in the event of an error on the part of STREETDREAMS STREETBIKES.

- All electronic products must be returned directly to the manufacture due to the inability to run a complete test on the products reliability. Some products may be exempt. Please contact us at returns@stdreams.com
